Dusan is a Specialist Prosthodontist, a former Senior Lecturer at the School of Dentistry, University of Otago, with over 20 years’ experience. He strives to deliver the highest quality, affordable dental treatment to keep your teeth in maximum comfort, function and aesthetics. Dusan’s advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and academic background ensure successful long-term results of your dental treatment. He is committed to satisfying the individual needs of his patients, and he specialises in treating the more difficult dental issues, such as broken and missing teeth which require crowns, bridges, dentures or dental implants to improve the function and look of the mouth. Dusan also runs a general and specialist dental practice The Dental Suite Silverdale In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter.
DR. SONYA WALLIS
Dentist

Sonya graduated with credit from Otago University, where she spent time working at the Otago School of Dentistry and Hospital. Sonya is a Mt Albert dentist with a bit of a reputation; she is sought after for her gentle, caring manner. Sonya will enjoy helping with all your general dentistry needs, including check-ups, fillings, root canals, extractions, teeth whitening, cleaning or the treatment of gum disease. She enjoys getting to know all her patients and will ensure you are treated in a kind and gentle manner. In her spare time, she loves reading a good book, playing tennis and appreciates good food.
PETRIA WAITZER
Dental Hygienist
Petria is our friendly Dental Hygienist. She is New Zealand born and raised but studied overseas in Canada. After graduating from the Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene in 2011, Petria moved back home to New Zealand where she has worked in both specialist and general practice. She has a keen interest in Periodontics and really enjoys getting to know her patients.
Petria is very experienced in using our EMS Airflow system which we have here at the The Dental Suite, Mt Albert. A system which we call the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) is used to remove plaque, stain and early calculus with a machine called the Airflow.
Petria enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cooking good food and days at the beach.
