In-office teeth whitening at The Dental Suite Mt Albert is a professional whitening procedure that is done in the dental chair by our Dental Hygienist. It is the fastest and most effective way to whiten your teeth and usually takes approximately two hours to complete. This type of whitening is the best option if you want almost instant results.

For this whitening treatment we use the Pola Whitening System. You will first need an appointment to take two impressions (one of your top teeth and one of your bottom teeth) so we can make your custom made whitening trays.

Within a few days your complete whitening kit will be ready to collect. This kit contains two custom made trays (one for your top teeth and one for your bottom teeth), syringes of whitening gel and easy to follow instructions.

Once home, you apply a small drop of gel inside each tooth impression in your two trays, place on your teeth, then relax for the specified time – read, talk, watch TV, surf the internet – all while the whitening gel works its magic. After your whitening session, remove and rinse your trays, and then brush your teeth. Repeat this over the next week or two until you achieve the level of whitening you desire.
